These Terms & Conditions govern the use of nexmerit.com, owned by Nexmerit S.A., Tax ID 30-71234567-8, with registered office at Av. del Libertador 1000, Floor 8, C1425 Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The site is of an informational nature. References to real estate crowdlending projects do not constitute a public offering of securities nor an investment recommendation under the terms of Argentine Law No. 26,831 on the Capital Markets.
3. Crowdfunding platform
Nexmerit S.A. operates as a Crowdfunding Platform authorized by the Argentine Securities Commission (CNV), Registry No. 24, General Resolution No. 717/2017 and its amendments.
4. Use of the site
By using nexmerit.com you agree to do so in good faith, lawfully and respecting the rights of Nexmerit S.A. and third parties. Any use that may damage the site, its content or other users is prohibited.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, trademarks, logos, code and design) is owned by Nexmerit S.A. or used under license, and is protected by Argentine Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
